sorry for the misunderstanding but the pilot arangment was tested to 300psi... i have tested the QEV to 200psi with no problem, it is a piston style QEV so no bursting diaphagms. ive got some of bushings and a coupler so its all build up and its much easyer to use than a ball valve.

I've been wandering around here using my cannon at 240psi for some time, the QEV's are rated to 300psi.

The QEV wasn't connected in the pilot pressure test anyway.

i think you will find the QEV's are rated to 10bar....147psi

different places say different ratings, i think airlines just say that as that's what their other stuff is rated to

Don't tighten it any further with a tool than you could tighten it by hand without the tape on.

well my pilot arrangement is complete!!!! and the cannon is due for a breach-loader and suppressor. yay.

i solderd the main tube from a schrader valve into a 15mm blanking cap:) it looks good and has held 350psi:)

well its getting breach loader and suppressor soon, and id never paint the copper, you cant see it in the photos but when polished is the sex!!!
