Hi

Okay my eyes burn now. Someone please help.

I am putting together a PVC 2" Piston using High Pressure PVC 2" T.

My question is for the barrel end of the T what bushing am I supposed to use?

Currently I have a Female Threaded 2" to 1 1/2" reducer that fits into the T. But all that does is allow me to Thread in another Male Threaded 2" to 1 1/2". I find his frustrating because the port has been decreased to less then 1 -1/2 and I cant extend a piece 1 -1/2 “ pipe into the T to make the sealing face. Not to mention it looks ugly.

Is there another fitting I should be using?

Let me know if pics would help.

EDIT: Sorry PC Guy I think I posted in the wrong forum section.

Frank thank you that sounds right. Home Depot doesnt carry them by me. But a Slip Bushing you mean it fits INSIDE the 2" pipe and reduces to 1 1/2".

Thanks Frank

Well you have to put it into a fitting or coupler.

No that I have already...Let me post my pics so you will see give em a minute. My question was is there a reducer bushing that will fit into the 2" pipe itself not into the coupler.

I may need to do more research to see how people make their ports in their 2" pistons.

Thanks again Frank
