Hey, it really depend on what type of power you want and what you want to shoot. You could use a 2 or 4 inch combustion chamber and a barrel that can shoot golf balls or ping pong balls.Hope that helps a little.

I might go a little smaller on the barrel. and maybe if you feel up to it make interchangable barrels so you arent limited to just one size of ammo. I have also heard that 2.5 is expensive, but i havent tried using it or seen it to know for sure. good luck though, I hope it turns out nice for you

buy a 5' stick of 4" dia pipe, cut it to a foot long, attach cleanout on one end, 4" coupling, 4" to 1.5" bushing, two 1.5" street elbows, 1.5" to 1.25" bushing, then finally a 5' stick of 1.25" dia barrel (for d sized batteries). add ignition (normal BBQ ignitor or better) and other assesories (fan, fuel meter...) as needed.

that gives you a c:b ratio close to 1.7:1 which makes it very wasteful and loud.

do that, and tell us about it

midget08 shooting batteries is hell for the environment. Its like a small toxic waste bomb. So don't do it.

You kicked up a dead topic for that? This was posted 9 months ago and who cares?
